Job description:

Detailed Job Requirements from a Railway Lounge Guest Relations Executive:

  • Expertise of all products & services
  • Confident in explaining services and converting sales
  • Upselling of existing lounge services to existing & potential guest.
  • Receive & take care of special guests.
  • Check all the equipment & furniture in the lounge for their serviceability & maintenance requirements.
  • Responsible for reception staff & cash management.
  • Procedures are carried out as per approval of the management.
  • Supervise Plan,execute pad ordering when required.
  • Accountability of inventory of all supplies.
  • To ensure standard checklists are used for all lounge procedures.
  • Taking care & updating (grocery, vegetables, dairy products) bills in Excel on a daily basis.
  • Taking care of coffee machine cleaning & ordering.
  • Ensuring your areas of work are kept clean throughout the day.
  • Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
  • Give proper and complete handover to the next shift.
