Executive Assistant to MD

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support. The ideal candidate will act as the MD's right hand, managing schedules, communication, coordination, and confidential information while ensuring the smooth execution of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the MD's calendar, travel plans, appointments, and meetings.
Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Follow up on key action items, decisions, and deadlines from meetings.
Assist in business planning, data analysis, and preparation of MIS reports.
Coordinate and support internal projects, reviews, and strategic initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely execution of follow-ups.
Handle communication professionally on behalf of the MD.
Support in event coordination, client interactions, and operational tasks.
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / EA to MD / CEO.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle pressure and manage priorities effectively.
