Executive Assistant to MD

Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in managing daily operations, business priorities, and confidential matters. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and effective execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.
Coordinate communication between the MD and internal departments or external clients.
Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents as required.
Track and follow up on key projects, tasks, and business goals.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and business matters.
Draft and respond to professional correspondence on behalf of the MD.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up.
Assist in research, analysis, and preparation of MIS or management reports.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and business associates when needed.
Support the MD in day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3–8 years of experience as Executive Assistant / EA to MD / CEO / Director.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential matters.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
