We are Hiring Executive Assistant To Managing Director
Location - Andheri
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Maintain the MD’s filing system, ensuring confidentiality of documents.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and coordinate between different departments for project follow-ups.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
- Oversee administrative processes and ensure the smooth running of the MD’s office.
**Required Skills & Qualifications -**
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Experience in coordinating travel, managing diaries, and preparing detailed reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
