**Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.

**Administrative Support**:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document distribution.

**Facility & Office Management**:

- Ensure the reception area and office premises are clean and organized.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams as needed.
- Support in managing office events, celebrations, and other engagement activities.

**Documentation & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain employee and visitor records securely and confidentially.
- Assist HR and other departments with documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Prepare and circulate reports, memos, and other official correspondence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
