Administrative Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **General Office Management**:
- Oversee and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and team members.
- Maintain an organized filing system for physical and digital documents.
- **Clerical Support**:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative paperwork.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**:
- Input and maintain accurate data in various databases and systems.
- Assist in generating reports based on departmental needs and project statuses.
- **Project Assistance**:
- Support various administrative functions related to ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Assist with event planning, employee activities, or company functions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
