**Administrative Executive**
Location: Ahmedabad
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Experience: 1-2 years

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team. The Administrative Executive will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support to various departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

**Responsibilities**:
Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficiency.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.

**Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative support to executives and department heads.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.

Assist in organizing company events and conferences.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Executive, or similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

To Apply:
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
