**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, ensuring seamless operations.
- **Field Work**: Conduct on-field activities such as document delivery, vendor coordination, and any other required errands.
- **Stationery Management**: Maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery, ensure timely replenishment, and liaise with vendors for procurement.
- **Documentation**: Handle filing, record-keeping, and preparation of reports as required.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Interact with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and timely deliveries of goods and services.
- **Meeting Support**: Assist in organizing meetings, including room booking, preparing materials, and setting up equipment.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- **Customer Interaction**: Occasionally support front-desk operations or assist in external client visits.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative or similar role.
- **Field Work Experience**: Familiarity with on-field tasks like vendor interaction, delivery, and procurement.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work under mínimal supervision.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to travel locally for field assignments.
