Urgent Required Distribution & Admin Executive For Leading Pharma Manufacturing Company Located At Ahmedabad (Head Office located at SG highway - Opposite Rajpath Club) - No of Vacancy - 1 - Position - Distribution & Admin Executive - Graduate in any field **- Age Group - 28 to 40 years** **Skills** With Good Computer knowledge of MS Excel Good Communication Skill in English and Hindi **Prior Knowledge of Distribution field preferred** Salary: - 15k to 20 k / month (Depending upon relevant experience ) **Job Function** 1) Operate our billing software to make bills, Performa invoice 2) Enter L.R.Details on software & file the same 3) Make payment receipt entries on software & maintain written records. 4) Co-ordinate with dispatch team/ godown for ensuring timely dispatches. 5) Generated various MIS report from software. 6) Maintain various files at HO like sales invoice file / Debit - Notes file / Credit Notes file etc. **Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - MS Excel: 1 year (preferred) - Billing: 1 year (preferred) - Co-ordinate with dispatch team work: 1 year (preferred) - MIS report work: 1 year (preferred) - Admin work: 1 year (preferred) - Warehouse distribution: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 9033752944
