Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic Executive - Admin with minimum 1 Year of experience in Recruitment and Admin to support Recruitment and HR operations while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, leave data and provide payroll inputs.
- Support employee engagement activities and policy implementation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as vendor coordination, travel arrangements and office management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and Administration.
- Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
