**Location**: Ahmedabad (Remote work is not allowed)
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
**Admin Support**:
- Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement activities to ensure smooth office operations.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks such as file management, documentation, asset management, and courier coordination.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Support in managing office facilities and maintaining hygiene standards, coordinating repairs when necessary.
- Vendor management: Assist in coordinating with vendors for office supplies, services, and employee benefits.
**HR Support**:
- Support HR in onboarding new employees, including documentation and orientation sessions.
- Help with employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events, activities, and recognition programs.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
**Eligibility Criteria**
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience in admin or HR support roles, ideally within the IT sector.
- Should be MBA pass out.
- Experience or interest in HR operations is a plus.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask.
