Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day back-office operations efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communication.
  • Assist in scheduling, meetings, and office administration tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and support other departments as needed.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
