**Key Responsibilities**

**Financial Management**

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, accounts, and balance sheets.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits.

**Administrative Duties**

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and functionality.
  • Oversee office maintenance and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.

**Required Qualifications**

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or relevant certification.
