Role Description
This is a full-time office work role for an Admin Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as executive administrative assistance, general administration, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires efficient management of office operations, coordination of meetings, handling inquiries, and supporting the senior management team.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills.
- Travel arrangements for higher management Officials
- Day to day Office administration, record keeping, coordination for expenses and reimbursements thereof internally.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Proficiency in General Administration tasks
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a professional on-site environment.
- Minimum 1 year Relevant experience in administrative roles is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred and any Bachelors' Degree
