Administration Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee **housekeeping** activities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office premises.
- Coordinate **event management** tasks such as office functions, meetings, and company events.
- Handle **document management** including filing, record-keeping, and processing **legal or compliance documents**.
- Perform **outdoor office work**, such as submitting documents to government offices, banks, or vendors.
- Manage **billing-related tasks**, including verification and processing of administrative bills and vendor payments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport coordination for employees.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments for administrative requirements.
- Support management in planning and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
