**Job Title**: Client Communicator Executive
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Client Communicator Executive** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, seamless coordination, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients professionally and efficiently.
- Provide clear and concise updates, resolve queries, and address concerns promptly.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with clients.
- **Team Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and relay necessary information to clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of client requirements to relevant teams.
- Monitor project timelines and keep stakeholders informed of progress or potential delays.
- **Superior Call Handling**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Exhibit excellent listening skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage high volumes of calls while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM or FMS system.
- Prepare reports on communication metrics, client feedback, and team coordination efforts.
- **Problem Solving**:
- Act as the first point of contact for client concerns, resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate team.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks in client projects or communications.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Language Proficiency**: Must be fluent in **Hindi, English, and Marathi** for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software.( MS office)
- Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in a similar role within Customer Relationship.
- Graduated or Post Graduated
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
