**Job Title: Client Engagement Executive**
**Role Summary**:
As a Client Engagement Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, nurturing long-term relationships, and supporting client retention and satisfaction. You will proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience with our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service.
- Understand client requirements and proactively suggest solutions or enhancements.
- Monitor client satisfaction and take ownership of issue resolution to maintain high engagement levels.
- Maintain and update client records and interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client success.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to foster strong, long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

**Qualifications**:

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
