Client Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain Google listings for clients to improve their online presence.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor client accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve client satisfaction.
- Participate in meetings and provide feedback to enhance client services.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure all necessary details are captured and communicated effectively.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
