**Location**: Kanjurmarg Mumbai

**Experience**: 1-3 years (preferred)
**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Female Client Coordinator** to be the main point of contact between our clients and our internal teams. Your job will be to ensure smooth communication, share regular updates, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Clear Communication**:
- Clarifying project goals, timelines, deliverables, and any potential challenges.
2. **Requirement Gathering**:
- Understanding client needs and expectations through discussions and documentation.
- Ensuring these requirements are communicated clearly to internal teams.
3. **Project Updates**:
- Providing periodic updates on project progress, milestones, or challenges.
- Using project management tools or tracker to track and share progress.
4. **Feedback and Resolution**:
- Gathering client feedback at different stages to ensure alignment.
- Addressing client concerns or issues promptly to maintain trust.
5. **Relationship Management**:
- Building a positive, professional relationship to foster long-term collaboration.
- Demonstrating commitment to client satisfaction and success.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Good communication skills (spoken and written).
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving and client-focused mindset.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing or coordination.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
