**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives.
- Collaborate with interior designers to develop design concepts and proposals tailored to each client's requirements.
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and site visits, ensuring timely scheduling and preparation of materials.
- Facilitate communication between clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, keeping clients informed of progress and any deviations from the original plan.
- Address client feedback and concerns promptly, seeking solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, proposals, change orders, and invoices.
- Assist with showroom visits, product selections, and material sourcing as needed.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and follow-ups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in client coordination, project management, or a similar role within the interior design industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure.
- A passion for design and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend meetings as required.
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
