
Client Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
As a Client Coordinator at Being Wealthy, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client services team to ensure clients receive outstanding support and assistance. You will work closely with senior client coordinators and managers to build and maintain client relationships, address inquiries, and facilitate the successful delivery of our finance products. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the finance industry and client services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**:
Assist in regular communication with clients to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Help in conveying important updates, product information, and promotions to clients.
- **Client Onboarding**:
Participate in the onboarding process for new clients, helping them navigate our products and services effectively.
Provide basic training to clients on product features and functionalities.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and communications in the company's CRM system.
Assist in organizing and updating client documentation and files.
- **Issue Resolution**:
Support the resolution of client issues and escalations under the guidance of senior team members.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support or sales, to address client problems.
- **Client Engagement**:
Participate in client engagement initiatives, such as surveys, webinars, or client events.
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve client engagement strategies.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
