**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships through regular touchpoints and meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation and management of client documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Monitor client feedback and work proactively to improve services and processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and company services to effectively address client needs.
