**Role : Client Relationship Officer**

**Location : Nashik**

**Shift : Night Shift**

As a Client Relationship Officer, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deepen the relationship.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Service Delivery:

- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations.
- Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Sales and Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
- Cross-sell and up-sell relevant products and services to existing clients.
- Contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies.

Market Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve our client service offerings.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
