Designation : - Customer Relationship Officer : Real Estate

Location - Vadgaon Budruk Pune Maharashtra

Salary : 25,000 to 35,000 Per Month.

Education - Diploma OR Any Graduate

Experience
- Total Experience - 5 Years in Real Estate industry
- Minimum Experience - 2 to 3 Years as a Customer Relationship officer in real estate

The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) plays a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CRO will work closely with the sales and property management teams to coordinate services and resolve customer issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with sales and property management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Facilitate property viewings, contracts, and other customer-related processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company products/services.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
