Client Communications Executive

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a confident and well-spoken individual who can handle client communication related to invoicing, payment follow-ups, and commercial terms. The role requires someone with excellent command over English — someone who can write and speak with clarity, professionalism, and warmth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payment timelines, and related details.
- Send timely reminders and follow up on pending payments in a polite yet firm manner.
- Discuss and align client terms, conditions, and agreements when required.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth and accurate invoicing.
- Maintain proper communication records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Prior experience in client communication, invoicing, or finance coordination preferred.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: ₹10,776.45 - ₹15,000.00 per month
