**Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their travel preferences and needs.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

**Customized Travel Planning**:Collaborate with clients to design personalized travel itineraries that align with their interests and budget.
Provide expert advice on destinations, attractions, and activities.

**Booking and Coordination**:Handle bookings for flights, accommodations, and activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with various travel partners to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

**Problem Resolution**:Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Anticipate potential challenges and proactively provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Up-selling and Cross-selling**:Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience through additional services or upgrades.
Promote special packages and offerings to maximize revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using travel booking platforms and related software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
