Client Servicing Executive

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between the client and the company. Effectively communicate client requirements to internal teams and ensure that client expectations are met.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve client concerns, issues, or complaints. Work collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Account Management**: Manage client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling additional products or services. Identify opportunities to expand the business relationship.
- **Customer Support**: Provide ongoing support to clients, including answering inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring that the client's experience with the company is positive.
- **Strategic Planning**: Work with clients to understand their long-term goals and align company products or services to meet those objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on their business needs.
- **Client Education**: Educate clients on the company's products or services, including new features or offerings. Ensure clients are fully aware of the value they receive from the partnership.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients about their experiences with the company. Use this feedback to improve products, services, or internal processes.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, agreements, and transactions. Ensure that all client information is securely stored and easily accessible.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with various internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure a coordinated approach in meeting client needs.
- **Meeting Targets**: Achieve and exceed assigned targets, such as revenue goals, customer satisfaction scores, and other key performance indicators.
**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
