**Profile Introduction**:

- As a Client Services Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively offering solutions to enhance their experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.

Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues to ensure a positive client experience.
- **Issue Resolution**:Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues efficiently.

Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide timely solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Educate clients on new features and updates to enhance their utilization of products.
- **Communication**:Clearly and concisely communicate complex information to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to convey client feedback and contribute to the improvement of products and services.
- **Client Onboarding**:Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services offered.

Provide training and support to clients as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other client management tools.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
