- Total Experience : 3 Years in related field
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 of Previous experience in media-related client service or account management is preferred.

**Job Description**:
As a Client Service Associate in the media industry you will be an integral part of our client service team, responsible for ensuring that our clients, partners, and advertisers have a seamless experience and receive top-tier service. You will be the face of the company, working closely with clients to address their needs, answer inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management :Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and advertisers, building and nurturing strong relationships.

Understand their goals and objectives and work to align our services with their needs.
- Media Campaign Support: Assist clients with planning and executing media campaigns, ensuring they meet their objectives and deadlines. Provide guidance and support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Client Communications: Respond to client inquiries, provide updates, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Gather and relay client feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, providing clients with regular reports and insights.

Collaborate with analytics teams to optimize media strategies based on data.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, content production, and marketing, to deliver comprehensive media solutions.

Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders.
- Client Onboarding and Training: Assist new clients in the onboarding process, ensuring they are familiar with our systems and services. Provide training and support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- A genuine passion for the media and entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
