**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly and professionally to user queries via chat and phone calls
- Assist customers with platform-related challenges including call setup, WhatsApp Business integration, and feature usage
- Provide step-by-step onboarding support to new users
- Track recurring issues and contribute to internal documentation and FAQs
- Escalate unresolved problems to relevant technical or product teams
- Capture and report user feedback to help enhance the product and customer experience
- Uphold a high standard of service and contribute to positive CSAT scores

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year (ideally 2) of experience in customer support, preferably for a tech or SaaS product
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English and Hindi**:

- Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with **WhatsApp Business API**, cloud telephony solutions, or CRM tools is highly preferred
- Comfortable using platforms such as **Freshdesk, Google Workspace, and Excel**:

- Working knowledge of key support metrics like CSAT, FRT, and TAT
- Prior exposure to startup culture or fast-paced tech environments is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
