**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to user queries via **chat and phone** in a clear, professional, and solution-oriented manner
- Assist customers in setting up and using MyOperator features, including WhatsApp Business and call tools
- Provide onboarding support to new users and guide them through initial product usage
- Troubleshoot issues and offer step-by-step guidance to resolve them
- Document frequent queries and contribute to knowledge base and FAQs
- Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams as needed
- Gather user feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve the product experience
- Support key customer support metrics including CSAT, First Response Time (FRT), and Turnaround Time (TAT)

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi**:

- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on user satisfaction
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and approachable way
- Familiarity with tools like **Freshdesk, Google Workspace, and Excel** is preferred
- Interest in learning about CRM tools, SaaS platforms, and customer experience
- Prior experience in customer support or user-facing roles is a plus
- Open to working in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
