**Role Overview**

We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused **Customer Support Intern** to join our support team. You’ll be the first line of contact for our customers—helping resolve issues, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth user experience. This role is perfect for someone looking to explore SaaS and customer success in a fast-paced tech environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in resolving issues related to user panel access, call reports, or login problems.
- Update ticket statuses and maintain accurate customer records on **Zoho Desk**.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate and track unresolved issues.
- Help document FAQs and standard troubleshooting procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in both **English and Hindi**.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn support tools.
- Interest in SaaS, technology, or customer-facing roles.
- Availability for a **full-time internship** (Monday-Saturday, rotational shifts).
