We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound support for students enrolling in our UK-based online courses. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong desire to help learners succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide potential learners through course features, pricing, and enrollment steps.
- Resolve post-enrollment queries related to course access, schedules, and technical support.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and drive student satisfaction.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in EdTech or international process).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in handling UK or international customers is a plus.
- Basic MS Office and CRM usage knowledge.
