**Role Overview**
We’re hiring **Customer Support Executives** who are skilled in handling real-time user queries over live chat. If you’re tech-savvy, a problem-solver, and passionate about customer service — this is the perfect role for you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound customer queries via chat** on our support platform
- Assist customers with product navigation, onboarding, and troubleshooting
- Provide step-by-step guidance on features such as call setup and WhatsApp Business integration
- Track common issues and share insights with the documentation and product teams
- Collaborate with internal teams for prompt resolution of escalated concerns
- Maintain high accuracy and CSAT scores by ensuring quick, empathetic, and effective responses
- Update and contribute to internal knowledge base and FAQs
**Requirements**:
- Strong written communication skills in **English.**:
- Ability to simplify technical instructions for non-technical users
- Experience or familiarity with tools like **Freshdesk**, Google Workspace, and Excel
- Knowledge of **WhatsApp Business API**, CRM tools, or cloud telephony is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, active listening, and time management skills
