**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **100-150 chats daily**, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain a **CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) target of 70%** or higher.
- Address user queries and **resolve platform-related issues** effectively.
- Ensure high-quality customer service while managing multiple conversations.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience in chat support or customer service** is preferred.
- Excellent **written communication skills** in English.
- Ability to handle **multiple chats simultaneously** and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with **a customer-first approach**.
- Comfortable working in a **hybrid work model** (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH).

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Shift Timings**:

- **Day Shift**: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- **Split Shift**: 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM & 7:30 PM - 12:30 AM

(Both shifts are 9 hours)
**Week Off**: 2 rotational days off (not fixed)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
