
Whatsapp Support and CRM Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- **WhatsApp Support**:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during all interactions.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
- Track and follow up on leads generated via WhatsApp and other channels.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for clients.
- Generate and share daily/weekly reports on CRM activities.
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist customers in placing orders or scheduling services.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- **Coordination and Reporting**:
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, logistics) for smooth operations.
- Share insights and feedback from customers to improve processes and offerings.
- **Compliance and Standards**:
- Adhere to company communication standards and policies.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualification**: [Minimum qualification, e.g., Graduate in any field]
- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer support or CRM is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business tools.
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Pay: ₹13,720.65 - ₹35,770.47 per month
