**About the Role**:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented **Cold WhatsApp Outreach Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating first contact with potential customers via WhatsApp, introducing our products or services, and generating leads for the sales team. Your main goal will be to spark interest, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-ups for further engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct high-volume cold outreach via WhatsApp to potential clients on a daily basis.
- Use company-approved templates and scripts while tailoring messages to specific audiences.
- Track all interactions, responses, and follow-up activities in the CRM or internal systems.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and objections, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s offerings to accurately communicate value.
- Ensure all outreach complies with WhatsApp communication guidelines and data privacy laws.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies and message effectiveness.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer outreach, telesales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Strong written communication skills and a persuasive, professional tone.
- Comfortable managing large contact lists and repetitive messaging tasks.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or outreach tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet performance targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
