**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **WhatsApp Offer Broadcasting Executive** to join our marketing and communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-volume offer campaigns through WhatsApp, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and engagement with our audience. You will play a key role in helping us drive customer engagement, boost sales, and improve brand communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute bulk WhatsApp message broadcasts using approved tools/platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to understand current promotions, discounts, or campaigns to be broadcasted.
- Maintain and update customer contact lists in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Monitor campaign performance, open rates, and response rates; provide regular reports to management.
- Handle customer queries or follow-ups received via WhatsApp, escalating where necessary.
- Ensure adherence to WhatsApp policies and avoid spam-related issues.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to prepare visually appealing and impactful messages.
- Perform A/B testing to optimize messaging effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in WhatsApp marketing or similar customer engagement roles.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and mass messaging platforms.
- Strong written communication skills in [insert applicable languages, e.g., English and Hindi].
- High attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Ability to handle large datasets and segment lists efficiently.
- Good analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance metrics.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
