**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative WhatsApp Marketing Executive to manage customer communication, drive engagement, and generate sales through WhatsApp Business platforms. The role requires a blend of marketing skills, customer service, and campaign management to build lasting customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, schedule, and manage daily WhatsApp broadcasts, product updates, offers, and promotions.
- Engage with customer inquiries, respond promptly, and resolve queries on WhatsApp.
- Manage customer lists, segment contacts, and maintain updated databases.
- Design creative communication content for WhatsApp — including text, images, videos, and catalogs.
- Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals and festive calendars.
- Monitor response rates, analyze campaign performance, and share periodic reports.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and digital teams to ensure smooth lead management and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with WhatsApp Business policies and opt-in guidelines.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in WhatsApp/Direct/CRM Marketing or Customer Engagement roles.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English (and local language if required).
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business features, catalogs, automation tools (like WhatsApp API/CRM tools).
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods/Retail industry is a plus.

**Preferred Tools**:

- WhatsApp Business App / WhatsApp Business API
- CRM Tools (e.g., WATI, Interakt, Zoko, etc.)
- Basic Canva/Creative tools for message designing
