**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven **Corporate Sales Executive** to join our sales team. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate accounts, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:
- Identify and target new corporate clients in assigned industries or territories.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Understand the client’s business needs and deliver customized solutions to enhance their operations and achieve mutual success.
- **Market Research & Opportunity Identification**:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Analyze competitors’ offerings and market conditions to position our products/services effectively.
- **Sales Presentations & Proposals**:
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential corporate clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business and close deals.
- **Sales Reporting & Forecasting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and market insights.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products/services to clients.
- **Account Management & Retention**:
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive additional revenue from existing clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- **Proven Sales Experience**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- A track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and building strong corporate relationships.
- **Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**:
- A focus on understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- **Analytical & Strategic Thinking**:
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Proficient in identifying new business opportunities and market segments.
- **CRM & Technology Proficiency**:
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage sales activities and customer relationships.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
- **Self-Motivated & Results-Driven**:
- Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts while prioritizing tasks.
