Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Business Development**: Identify and target new corporate clients and business opportunities. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new corporate accounts and expand business within existing ones. Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of corporate clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in corporate accounts. Provide a high level of customer service and support to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiation**: Present customized solutions to potential corporate clients. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry shifts to effectively position the company’s products and services.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**: Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s goals. Regularly update management on sales progress, opportunities, and challenges through reports and meetings.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer service) to ensure the seamless execution of client solutions and overall satisfaction.
- **Account Management**: Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate clients, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
Qualifications:Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a corporate sales or B2B environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client business needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Desired:
- Previous experience in selling to large corporate clients or key accounts.
- Understanding of corporate sales cycles, decision-making processes, and contract negotiations.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
- Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., technology, finance, manufacturing) is a plus.
