**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and generate leads for digital marketing services, targeting businesses in various industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales presentations, proposals, and pitches that align with client needs.
- **Market Research & Targeting**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and leverage this knowledge to create compelling sales strategies.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Track and report on sales activities, results, and forecasts to the management team.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure a clear understanding of the services offered and tailor the sales approach accordingly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in **sales**, preferably in **digital marketing** or related services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Digital Marketing Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to explain complex digital marketing services in simple terms to clients.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to client needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing**, **Business**, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Prior experience selling digital marketing services to small
- to medium-sized businesses.
