Job Title: Services Marketing Specialist

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Location: Office no. Kanpur Nagar Uttar Pradesh

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services.

Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to reach and engage them effectively.

2. Content Creation:
Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and values.

3. Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and PPC.

Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, using data to drive continuous improvement.

4. Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance our brand image across all marketing channels.

Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.

5. Customer Engagement:
Develop and execute customer engagement initiatives to build strong relationships with our clients.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our services and customer experience.

6. Event Planning and Management:
Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

7. Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Use insights to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 12th

2. Proven experience in services marketing or a similar role.

3. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

6. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
