**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales of our cutting-edge solar energy products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Sales:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, online platforms, referrals).
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Conduct market research to identify new product and service opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or a related industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
