We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team and drive sales initiatives, revenue growth, and client acquisition. **Responsibilities and Duties**: - Conduct targeted visits to retail businesses and restaurants, effectively communicating the benefits of our software solutions. - Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring deal closure and revenue generation. - Meet or exceed sales targets and provide detailed reports on sales activities and performance metrics. **Qualifications and Skills**: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in software products. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Resilient and adaptable mindset, with strong organizational abilities. **Compensation and Salary**: - Salary range: 6 lakhs to 8 lakhs per annum. - Basic salary: 3 lakhs to 5 lakhs per annum. - Incentive component: Up to 3 lakhs per annum based on performance. **Work Environment**: - Dynamic hybrid work environment with client visits four days per week. - Reimbursement for phone bills and Wi-Fi expenses. **End Note**: At Retail Digit, we offer more than just a job; we provide an opportunity for professional growth and innovation. Pay: ₹28,404.53 - ₹38,821.47 per month
