Job Title:Field Sales Representative

Location: Udupi

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales & Promotion: You'll be the driving force behind sales and product promotion in Udupi. This involves researching the market, attending industry events to stay updated, and promoting your company's offerings.
- Client Relationships: Building strong relationships with both existing and potential clients is crucial. This means regular communication, attending networking events, and client meetings to secure sales.
- Presentations & Demonstrations: You'll be responsible for creating and delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations to convince clients of the value your company brings.

Negotiation & Sales Goals: Negotiation is key You'll need to secure deals through effective strategies and consistently exceed your assigned sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in field sales, preferably in construction materials or products, is required.
- Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of construction products and materials is essential.
- Communication & Sales Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a natural aptitude for persuasion and negotiation are key for building rapport and closing deals.
- Work Style: You should be able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and collaborate well with the team.
- Track Record: A proven ability to exceed sales targets in previous roles is a plus.
- License & Travel: A valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel within Udupi and surrounding areas are required.

**Salary**: The salary range is ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
