**Job Description: Field Sales Executive (0-5 Years Experience)Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- **Client Visits**: Conduct field visits to meet clients, understand their needs, and present tailored product/service solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales pitches and demonstrations to promote the company's products/services.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Market Insights**: Gather and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and existing clients to close deals and address any queries.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 0-5 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or a related role.
- **Education**: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively.
- **Self-Motivation**: A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- **Basic Tech Skills**: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel.
