**Key Responsibilities (KRA)**:

- **Lead Conversion to Community Members**:

- Filter and segment leads from the existing database.
- Send personalized invites to prospects and convert them into active WhatsApp community members.
- Follow up with leads who haven't joined yet.
- **Community Content Management**:

- Create and maintain a weekly content calendar (educational posts, testimonials, product info, offers).
- Write compelling content aligned with health, wellness, and Kayakalp’s brand voice.
- Take approvals from the founder before posting any content or offers.
- **Posting & Engagement**:

- Ensure timely posting of all scheduled content.
- Respond to member queries, comments, and interactions within a set timeframe.
- Encourage discussions and interaction around health, fitness, and wellness.
- **Offer Promotions**:

- Share exclusive deals, flash sales, or health tips to drive product purchases.
- Track community interest and report campaign performance.
- **Reporting & Feedback**:

- Submit a daily report to the Founder with:

- Member growth
- Engagement highlights
- Leads/conversions
- Any issues or member feedback
- Share weekly performance insights and recommendations.
- **Compliance & Cleanliness**:

- Moderate the community to avoid spam, misinformation, or off-topic discussions.
- Enforce group rules and ensure a respectful environment.

**Skills & Qualities Required**:

- Excellent communication and writing skills (Hindi + English)
- Understanding of WhatsApp marketing & etiquette
- Basic knowledge of wellness & health supplements
- Familiarity with customer handling and soft sales
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Tech-savvy with WhatsApp Business and Google Sheet.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,075.38 - ₹32,730.29 per month
