Job Overview:

We are seeking a WhatsApp Automation Executive who will manage, monitor, and optimize all WhatsApp-based communication systems used for student inquiries, lead follow-up, admission assistance, and automated message workflows. The role involves managing API-based systems, chatbots, templates, reporting, and ensuring a seamless communication experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:1. WhatsApp Automation Setup & Management

  • Manage WhatsApp Business API and automation platforms (Interakt, WATI, etc.).
  • Build and maintain automated message flows for inquiries, admissions, counselling, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure message templates are active and approved.
  • Maintain and update chatbot FAQs and responses.

2. Lead Handling & Automated Responses

  • Set up instant replies for new leads (course info, fees, admission steps, etc.).
  • Ensure students receive accurate and timely automated responses.
  • Monitor and improve message quality and response accuracy.

3. Monitoring & Issue Resolution

  • Track delivery rates, read rates, message failures, and system alerts.
  • Resolve issues such as message sending failures, template rejections, or number blocks.
  • Coordinate with technical teams when API or system issues arise.

4. Student Support & Communication

  • Automate reminders for:
  • Admission deadlines
  • Document submissions
  • Fee payments
  • Counselling or session schedules
  • Ensure students consistently receive updated and accurate course details.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare daily/weekly WhatsApp performance reports (sent, delivered, read, replied).
  • Analyze frequent student queries to improve chatbot responses.
  • Share insights on engagement, peak activity times, and common questions.

6. Template Creation & Management

  • Create templates for marketing, admission updates, alerts, and announcements.
  • Submit templates for approval and troubleshoot rejections.

7. Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with admission, counselling, and marketing teams to update messages.
  • Update communication based on new courses, fee updates, or policy changes.
  • Work with content/design teams to incorporate creatives in WhatsApp communication.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of WhatsApp Business API tools (Interakt, WATI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of admission/counselling workflows (preferred).
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets reporting skills.
  • Ability to solve communication or technical issues quickly.
  • Strong follow-up, clarity, and attention to detail.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years in WhatsApp automation, CRM, or digital communication roles.
  • Experience in the education sector preferred but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with good technical understanding and strong communication may also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
