**Role Overview**:
We’re hiring an Instagram DM Outreach Executive to connect with potential clients through personalized messaging on Instagram. The goal is to generate interest, start conversations, and guide prospects into the sales funnel—organically and authentically.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify relevant Instagram profiles based on defined audience criteria.
- Send personalized and thoughtful DMs to initiate conversations.
- Engage actively with followers and prospects via replies, likes, and comments.
- Track outreach progress, follow-ups, and lead status in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and goals.
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies for better engagement and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Instagram DM outreach or lead generation.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Instagram features like DMs, profiles, stories, and engagement tools.
- Self-motivated, consistent, and results-driven.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or client acquisition is a plus.
